Unlock Exclusive Perks and Benefits for Your Dream 2026 Wedding
When couples start planning a 2026 wedding, the first real challenge is not décor or menus. It is securing the right date, at the right venue, before availability starts shrinking. At The Falls at Blue Ridge, interest in premium wedding dates continues to grow, and couples who plan early consistently have more flexibility, more options, and far less stress.
To support couples who are ready to plan, we introduced three Wedding Experience Tiers: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each tier is designed to offer meaningful advantages based on how early you book and how much access you want during the planning process. From added event opportunities to priority consideration and planning support, these tiers help couples secure value that simply is not available once the calendar begins to fill.
Availability for each tier is intentionally limited. This allows our team to maintain a high level of service while giving early planners long-term value and peace of mind. For couples planning a 2026 wedding, choosing a tier early is less about upgrading and more about protecting your experience while the best options are still available.
Why We Created Wedding Experience Tiers
Wedding planning has changed. Couples are booking earlier, especially when they find a venue that checks all the boxes: location, scenery, service, and flow. At The Falls at Blue Ridge, peak dates for 2026 are already seeing strong interest, and availability moves faster than most couples expect.
What we consistently see is this:
- Couples who plan early get better dates and more flexibility
- Couples who wait often have fewer options and tighter timelines
The Wedding Experience Tiers were created to make that difference clear and manageable.
Instead of guessing what is still available, couples can choose from Platinum, Gold, or Silver based on how early they are planning and how much access they want during the process. Each tier offers a defined set of advantages, from priority consideration to added event opportunities and planning support.
Limiting the number of couples in each tier is intentional. It allows our team to stay focused, organized, and fully present for every wedding we host. More importantly, it gives couples clarity. You know where you stand, what is included, and what you are securing by planning ahead.
These tiers are designed for couples planning 2026 weddings and beyond who want fewer compromises and a smoother planning experience from the very start.
Our Wedding Experience Tiers
Couples plan in different ways. Some want everything decided early. Others want help and structure but do not want to overcommit right away. These tiers exist because both approaches are common.
The main difference between the tiers is timing. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you usually have. Availability is limited across all tiers so we can give each wedding proper attention and not overload the calendar.
Platinum Tier
Platinum includes access to the venue for a rehearsal dinner, early access to our priority vendor list, and Founding Member recognition. Platinum couples are also given priority consideration during planning.
Platinum is for couples who already know this is their venue and want priority from the start. These couples usually want fewer restrictions and quicker decisions as planning moves forward.
What Platinum includes
- Use of the venue for a rehearsal dinner
- Access to our priority vendor list
- Founding Member recognition and planning priority
Availability: Only 10 couples can book Platinum
Gold Tier
Gold becomes available once Platinum is full. It works well for couples who still want flexibility and early access, but do not need everything Platinum offers.
Gold couples can host a welcome party at the venue and plan using our priority vendor list. There is also more flexibility when planning pre-wedding events, which helps keep the process from feeling rushed.
What Gold includes
- Venue access for a welcome party
- Access to our priority vendor list
- More flexibility for pre-wedding planning
Availability: Limited to the next 15 couples
Silver Tier
Silver is the final tier. It is for couples who are booking later but still want guidance and preferred scheduling.
This tier focuses on keeping planning organized and realistic once higher tiers are filled.
What Silver includes
- Preferred scheduling
- Vendor recommendations
- Planning guidance
Availability: Final 20 couples only
Choosing the Right Wedding Experience Tier
There isn’t a right or wrong choice here. Most couples decide based on two things. How early they are planning, and how much flexibility they want along the way.
The Platinum Tier usually fits couples who are already sure about the venue and want to lock things in early. These couples like having first access and fewer limitations as plans come together. Rehearsal dinner access and early vendor coordination also make a big difference when there are multiple events tied to the wedding.
The Gold Tier comes after Platinum fills. It still offers clear advantages, especially for couples who want to host a welcome party and work with a trusted vendor list. Gold works well if you want flexibility and support without needing everything that comes with the top tier.
The Silver Tier is more straightforward. It is for couples who want guidance, preferred scheduling, and reliable recommendations to keep planning on track. Once Platinum and Gold are full, Silver becomes the remaining option to secure planning support while dates are still available.
Each tier has a limited number of spots. When those spots are taken, they are gone. Couples who decide earlier usually have more options and fewer compromises later.
Plan Your Wedding With The Falls
Planning early does not mean rushing. It simply gives you more space to think and adjust as plans take shape. Couples planning a 2026 wedding at The Falls at Blue Ridge often find that making decisions earlier leads to a calmer and more flexible planning experience.
The Platinum, Gold, and Silver Wedding Experience Tiers exist because availability changes quickly. Each tier offers a different level of access and support, and each is limited, so every couple still receives focused attention.
Once a tier reaches capacity, it closes. Couples who secure their place earlier tend to plan with less pressure and more confidence. If you are thinking about a 2026 wedding, looking at your options now can make the rest of the process feel much easier.
